44: Sexual Growth Mindset

In this week's episode Erika clarifies and dives in some sexual issues like desire and orgasm disorders, pain during sex or inability to become aroused. There is a lot of secrecy and taboos around sex and that slowly conditions you to experience your sexuality as something shameful instead of something positive and pleasurable that is worth experimenting and even necessary. Sex and sexuality, as well as relationships are skills that need to be developed but due to societal and moral expectations, and the lack of reliable sex education, people and especially women, learn to be ashamed and even reject their sexual nature; with that, inhibitions, and sometimes even sexual issues, arise. 

 

A sexual growth mindset helps you slowly but steadily debunk al your false and limiting beliefs and change them for new and expansive thoughts and practices that can help you work on any blockage that prevents you from experience pleasure, orgasms and a satisfying sex life.
